Absent specific agreement, work product created for a client is owned by the client upon full payment; underlying methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain the property of Deep Caliber Technologies.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a services engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
