Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI systems and services are subject to inherent limitations. We make no guarantee that any AI system will achieve specific outcomes, accuracy levels, or performance targets beyond those expressly stated in a signed SOW.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Caliber Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a services engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
